Analyst（Intern）

Key responsibilities:

• Strong Learning Ability
• Develop various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Create presentations for client portfolios.
• Assist team with paperwork and research.
• More than 4 days a week, full time intern would be preferred.

Relevant skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Bachelor’s degrees，with science majored background (electronic, automation, medicine, pharmacy, biology or related principles) would be preferred
• Prior Internship experience in PE, consulting and investment banking, or experience related to would be preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Exel , thinkcell is a plus
• Native Chinese, and excellent verbal and written English.
• Capable of independent thought
