Senior Analyst

Key responsibilities:

• Development of various types of financial models to value debt and equity for mergers, acquisitions, and capital raising transactions.
• Perform various valuation methods : comparable companies, precedents, and DCF.
• Conduct preparation and review of materials used in the financing of clients, including investment memorandum, management presentations and pitchbooks.
• Perform due diligence, research, analysis, and documentation of live transactions.
• Create presentations for client portfolios.

Relevant skills, knowledge, and experience:

• Bachelor’s degrees，candidate with industrial experience, i.e., Industrial Automation, Automotive electronics, medical devices and consumables, are highly preferred
• Prior work experience in PE, investment banking and fund management, or experience related to would be preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-based environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and networking skills.
• Impeccable research, quantitative and analytical skills, especially in explaining market events.
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel, and thinkcell
• Native Chinese, and excellent oral and written English. Italian, German, or French is a plus
• Strong financial modeling skills.
• Capable of independent thought
